Q: What areas do you service?
A: We are based in Earlwood, Sydney, and service the inner west and CBD
of Sydney. This allows us to have a rapid response time as were not
travelling from one side of Sydney to the other.
Q: How long have you been around?
A: We established the company in 1999 after performing the same sorts of
roles at our previous employers and being asked to help out the
businesses of friends. We still service our original clients from 1999!
Q: How did you come up with your name?
A: We wanted a name that represented both our logical, no nonsense
approach & our goal of bringing together our customer's technology to
help them make better use of it.
Q: Do you service home computers?
A: Generally no, as we have little control over any antivirus or
security software used on them and find that by the time we become
involved, the PC needs a large (and costly) amount of work to restore it
back to full performance. We recommend Avast! 4 Home antivirus (in our
links section) for home PCs - it's free and it works!
